根據國務院 2026 年法定節假日調休安排，結合我司生產車間、技術售后、銷售商務部門實際運營情況，現將中秋、國慶放假事宜統一公告如下：

一、放假時間

1. 中秋節：9 月 25 日（周五）—9 月 27 日（周日），共計 3 天，9 月 28 日正常上班；

2. 國慶節：10 月 1 日（周四）—10 月 7 日（周三），共計 7 天，10 月 8 日全面復工復產；

3. 調休提醒：9月20日、10 月 10 日（周六）正常補班，恢復完整業務對接。

二、假期業務運行說明

1. 生產車間、倉儲物流中秋、國慶假期全線停工，暫停設備排產、整機發貨、配件出庫、上門送貨；節前已排產訂單，復工后按下單順序優先安排生產與交付。

2. 現場售后、上門調試、設備校準維修假期無外勤工程師上門服務，設備現場改造、實驗室集群管控系統上門安裝全部順延至節后處理。

3. 線上咨詢與技術支持假期安排銷售、技術工程師輪值在線，可通過微信、企業微信、留言咨詢以下業務：① 高低溫、低溫低濕干冷試驗箱選型、報價、測試方案定制；② GB/T2423.4、IEC60068 等標準配套設備技術資料、樣機參數；③ 設備集群聯動、AI 故障預判、遠程可視化監控數字化方案對接；④ 緊急設備故障遠程線上排查、操作指導。所有留言、報價需求、方案需求，復工當日第一時間專人跟進回復。

4. 加急項目說明若您有儲能 PACK、車載電子、半導體認證等緊急干冷測試設備定制項目，可提前與專屬業務對接人登記，節后優先排產、優先交付。

三、節前工作溫馨提示

1. 各實驗室客戶請提前規劃設備采購、設備改造、實驗室數字化升級需求，避開長假交付空檔；

2. 正在進行干冷耐久、溫循老化等長周期測試的客戶，節前做好設備整機檢修、除霜系統、氣密氣缸檢查，避免假期設備故障導致樣品失效；

3. 存放設備、配件的企業客戶，假期做好廠房防潮、防塵、斷電安全管理。

Holiday Notice for Mid-Autumn Festival & 77th National Day of the People’s Republic of China

Cool autumn breezes sweep the land while the bright full moon hangs high in the sky. The reunion-filled Mid-Autumn Festival coincides with the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. On the arrival of these two grand festivals, all staff of Haotian Equipment extend sincere holiday greetings to our new and long-term customers and partners who have trusted and supported us over the years. May your families enjoy joyful reunions, all your wishes come true, and may you have safe and pleasant travels during the National Day holiday!

In accordance with the 2026 statutory holiday adjustment schedule issued by the State Council, combined with the actual operation of our production workshop, after-sales technical department, sales and business teams, we hereby issue a unified notice regarding our holiday arrangements for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day as follows:

1. Holiday Schedule

• Mid-Autumn Festival: Friday, September 25 – Sunday, September 27 (3 days in total). We will resume normal work on Monday, September 28.

• National Day: Thursday, October 1 – Wednesday, October 7 (7 days in total). Full production and business operations will resume on Thursday, October 8.

• Adjustment Reminder: We will work regular shifts on Saturday, September 20 and Saturday, October 10 to make up for the holidays, with full business support available on these two days.

2. Business Service Arrangements During the Holidays

1. Production Workshop & Warehousing LogisticsAll production lines will suspend operation throughout both holidays. Equipment scheduling, finished machine delivery, spare parts outbound and on-site shipment services will be halted. All orders scheduled before the holiday will be produced and delivered on a first-come-first-served basis immediately after we resume work.

2. On-Site After-Sales Service, Commissioning, Calibration & MaintenanceNo field engineers will be dispatched for on-site services during the holiday. On-site equipment renovation and on-site installation of laboratory cluster control systems will all be postponed until after the holiday.

3. Online Consultation & Technical SupportOur sales and technical engineers will take turns on duty online during the holiday. You may reach us via  WeCom or message boards on our official website for inquiries related to the following services:① Selection, quotation and customized testing schemes of high-low temperature chambers and low-temperature & low-humidity dry cold test chambers;② Technical documents and prototype parameters of equipment complying with standards including GB/T2423.4 and IEC60068;③ Communication on digital solutions such as equipment cluster linkage control, AI abnormality early warning system and remote visual monitoring;④ Remote online troubleshooting and operation guidance for urgent equipment malfunctions.All messages, quotation requests and solution inquiries will be assigned to dedicated staff for priority follow-up and response on the first working day after the holiday.

4. Urgent Customization ProjectsIf you have urgent customized dry cold test equipment projects for energy storage PACKs, automotive electronics or semiconductor certification, please register in advance with your exclusive account manager. We will arrange priority production and delivery for your orders after resumption.

3. Pre-Holiday Friendly Reminders

1. Customers operating laboratories are advised to arrange equipment procurement, equipment renovation and laboratory digital upgrading plans in advance to avoid delivery delays caused by the long holiday break.

2. For customers conducting long-term tests such as dry cold endurance cycling and temperature cycling aging, please conduct a full equipment inspection before the holiday, including defrosting systems and airtight cylinders, to prevent sample failure resulting from unexpected equipment malfunctions during the break.

3. Enterprises storing equipment and spare parts are reminded to implement moisture-proof, dust-proof and power-cut safety management for workshops during the holiday.
